Born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Tara’s passion for helping others and interest in aromatherapy made the transition into Massage Therapy a natural choice. Having started her training at the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba, she transferred to complete her 2200 hour diploma at Foothills College of Massage Therapy in 1999. Her love of travel and meeting new people led her to Whistler, where she has worked with all types of clients, from the spa elite to athletes with injuries. Carlee started on the path to her wellness career in 2017, with opening her heart to energy healing. After several powerful connections and experiences that led her to the call to do this work herself. Beginning with traditional Usui Reiki ,which opened more doors to Crystal healing, Chakra balancing and clearing, as well as breath work and womens circle facilitating. With an natural gift for intuition and vision she works with the energy fields of the body and chakra centres, to balance and realign energy for total wellness.

As she continued learning and working with the body’s many sensitive energies and systems, she felt to grow her knowledge of the physical human form. Kelly has lived in the Bow Valley for the last 5 years. She moved to Canmore from Ontario to live out her dream of being in the mountains.

She completed a degree in Kinesiology and pursued a career in the Physiotherapy field. After working as a Physiotherapy assistant for 4 years she made the decision to move out west.

Catherine was born and raised in Quebec before moving to Canmore in 2005. She came equipped with a bachelor’s degree in Education but soon realized that wasn’t the path for her. After taking time off from work to raise two young children, she followed her true nature into the healing arts and received recognition of completing the 2200 hour massage program at the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in Calgary.
